The Mid North Coast Aboriginal Health Partnership established a benchmark of achievement for partnerships between Aboriginal Medical Services and an Area Health Service. It included Biripi Aboriginal Corporation Medical Centre, Durri Aboriginal Corporation Medical Service and the Mid North Coast Area Health Service.

As a result of their involvement in Coordinated Care (PAC), The Partnership was faced with having to manage large sums of money and substantial resources on behalf of the community.

The Partnership commissioned ACHIEVE to conduct a formal review of their structure and function.
